MakeMyTrip Bus Desktop

1. Upgraded the Online Booking System to Kotlin with SpringBoot from Dropwizard, reducing code complexity, improving developer workflow, and increasing code coverage from 70% to 98%.
2. Designed and coded a back-end for front-end (BFF) from concept to adoption, reducing build time and API response size by 50% using GraphQL, React, Typescript and Protocol buffers.
3. Managed and analyzed 100K Daily Active Users using MySQL and Cassandra, where I designed and implemented efficient database structures, and created complex queries to extract relevant information.
4. Refactored monolith app into 11 microservices and migrated from AWS EC2 to serverless architecture using Docker containers on Lambda integrated with AWS ECS, reducing operational costs by 40%.
5. Developed large-scale Train Information APIs in Go, serving 5,000 requests per second with a 99th percentile response time of 100ms.

1. Created real-time Big Data induction platform using Kafka Streams and Apache Spark to ingest, query, and process real-time streams of Apple Maps data with p99 system latency of 10ms.
2. Data Processing: Improved the Data Induction execution time by 75% after optimizing SQL data fetch queries.

VPN Leaks Detection

Developed novel research to detect IPv6 and DNS leaks in VPN tunnels and a Chrome Extension to inform users about privacy breaches. Also implemented an Authoritative DNS server from concept to adoption.

End-to-End O-RAN 5G Experimentation

Implemented O1 interface in 5G Radio Access Network using Apache Kafka for sending data from the eNodeB to Service Management Orchestration. Submitted paper in IEEE JSAC Journal.
